The iPhone version of the acclaimed PC game gets even better with a touchscreen

Although Osmos was first developed for PCs, it’s one of those games that feels like it was made for the touch screen.

The simple tap controls work perfectly, allowing you to concentrate on the addictive task at hand – to propel an amoeba-like entity around the screen, swallowing up other organisms to become larger, and avoiding those big enough to absorb you.

The physics-based gameplay provides just the sort of risky challenge that can make games like this so addictive, and the individual tasks of each level vary enough to keep you interested for a long time.

Osmos is original, compelling and perfectly suited to the iPhone.
